I was glad to get this but the excitement only lasted after the first use. Dog hair will get caught and not be sucked into the machine, causing the belt to come loose and worse, break it. It also burns dog hair if you don't stop the vacuum quickly enough. So you get the smell of burnt rubber along with burnt dog hair. Be careful if you have multiple dogs or dogs that shed heavily. We need to use our old machine to collect dog hair before using this machine. Will use it to vacuum couches but that's about it. Very disappointed.
