This is the.4th tens unit I've owned, my first one had lead wires like this unit, the next two were wireless, and I'm just going to stick with this brand forever because it is the absolute best hands down. With my other ones I would max out the intensity and still feel like I needed more, but this thing I only get to about 50% intensity and its definitely enough. Lots of modes and you set the time for how long you want, up to an hour. It's nearly identical to the $200 one I first had, but BETTER because the actual unit itself is much smaller and sleeker.
