Treat as hard and hard as a rock

I used it in combination with Tiger Patch. My exhaust pipe is broken. I wired each piece to prevent movement. Then applied - there was literally a quarter inch gap that filled in easily. I made sure it was smooth. I then switched to strong aluminum foil coated with this product. I have done this several times. I then wrapped it in Tiger Patch and then covered it with Tiger Patch. I did this over the weekend to have time to heal.
