Got this dress for my class time. I wanted a modest, stylish, vintage dress that could almost be a uniform for the 3 out of 5 days I spend training military personnel. It was great, especially since it's winter now and our facility is right on the water. Reviews said it was a high waist but for me it fits my natural waist. could it be growth related? I ordered XS: I'm 5'5, 118 lbs. The material is stretchy and stretches well. I will pair it with a black belt, tights and heels to complete the look. I think the petticoat should have given it more fluff.
