As someone who frequently shops online, I was pleased to discover GSSUSA, a retailer that claimed to have everything from pantry staples to specialty wrapping paper. When I placed my first order with them, though, my enthusiasm rapidly morphed into disappointment. To begin, their website was cumbersome and difficult to use. It took me an extremely long time to find what I needed, and even then the product descriptions were inadequate. When the products I ordered finally arrived, I discovered that they weren't what I needed after all. The quality of the products was low, and some of them were broken. The tape that arrived with the gift-wrapping paper I ordered was so old that it wouldn't attach to anything, and the paper itself was damaged in several places. I was too ashamed to offer the present to my friend until I bought fresh wrapping paper from a different manufacturer. When I tried to get a refund from GSSUSA, I was faced with animosity and obstruction from their customer support team. They didn't want to pay for the broken items and even said I lied about how they were delivered to me. I finally gave up and accepted the fact that I had given my money to a corporation that did not value its clients' satisfaction. I would not recommend GSSUSA if you are seeking a secure and trustworthy online buying environment. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
