1986 Subaru Brat Can See in the Dark

They're a little lower around the headlight than the halogens I replaced so I had to put some washers between the frames and tighten them systematically to keep the headlights level or they'll come on and work, low beam high beam appears. doesn't work but I'm planning to hook up some relays so I hope this isn't a problem anymore.
