Terrible to buy the best tires and wheels

I live in Iowa and last winter 2020-2021 was pretty bad. So I bought them thinking they were made out of a good polymer but they aren't. They broke when trying to put them on and could not be tightened without clicking. Even putting them on a heater for 15 minutes and then on a tire at 35° they broke very easily. Buy at your own risk as it is rubbish.
