Review on Herm Sprenger Ultra Plus Training Collar by Katie Estabrook

First bad review I wrote here. It's not that the product is bad. The problem is that it was the recommended collar size I bought a few months ago. The size supplied does not match the size of the collar I have. The collar was advertised and I believe it was a 3mm link. My dog is only 7 months old and growing fast so I had to buy extra links for the collar. I checked my purchase to make sure the links were the right size (3mm) and bought them. When the extra links arrived I opened the package and they were smaller than what the collar is made of. I don't know how they are measured so I'm not sure if the collar I bought had the wrong link size or if the extra links I bought were the wrong size. The extra links I received are not labeled in any way as to their size, so I'm more assuming they sent me the wrong size. I managed to heavily compress the links and attach them to the collar, but they are noticeably smaller. In addition, additional links are not comparable in price to the collar. The collar was reasonably priced for what you get, the extra links are expensive to buy just 3 links. It's entirely possible that the seller of the extra links thought they were sending 3mm links when they sent them to me, but since the actual link size isn't listed anywhere on the packaging, I didn't get what I wanted or what i paid for . Perhaps the seller should take the time to ensure the product is properly labeled and that the buyer is getting what they paid for.
