Fits and works perfectly! I have a 1997 Infinity QX4 and this power window motor fits my front driver's side door perfectly. I didn't have to do anything, it was flush with my old power window and went into the door frame with no problems. It's a little louder and vibrates more than other factory power windows, but hopefully that's just because it's also more responsive and moves the window faster than my other windows. It's been running for a week with no problems, hopefully it will last at least the next few years that I have this machine.
