These straps are great for running or walking and for carrying all your belongings. I carry my keys, money etc in a central pocket and put my iPhone 6 Plus in one of the water bottle holders (it also fits in a pocket but I like my phone to be more accessible) and then put the bottle in with water . another water tank. Can't give 5 stars because the new model I received was a little chunkier than the previous model from yesterday. I'm a walker, not a runner, so I like thinner models. Unfortunately I had to return it for this reason. Otherwise great product!
