Bad materials. watch the video

54 of which installed early February 2021. (Replaced 20 year old hinges that were quite worn.) They worked fine initially but started having problems after two months. It creaks and doesn't close completely. After trying many things, including oiling and then sanding the plastic, I found that the hinge pins and hinge material were rubbing against each other. The plastic that the spring presses on also rubs against the hinge. I can't fix them and need to replace them. They were cheaper than other brands' hinges and in this case saving was a big mistake.
