I sell a variety of products online and print a large number of labels each month. I've only ever used a regular printer with paper and put a label on the bag. I've wasted a lot of paper and tape over the years. I have friends who recommended I use a thermal printer as it saved them time and money. I researched the various thermal printers available and settled on this one as it was on sale and the size suited my desk. The printer itself is 4x6, so very compact. It's a simple rectangular shape so it fits nicely on the table and I can place other items right next to it. The printer is assembled and ready to use in just a few minutes. I bought 500 folded labels so the printer could print and pull the next one without having to restart each time. It's nice not to have to worry about reloading labels, cutting out the extra white part on a piece of paper and sticking it on the box or bag. When I need to print a large number of articles, this has saved me the headache of doing the above process. Printing is also very fast compared to my regular paper printer. So far I haven't had any issues with sticky labels or blurry wording. This is a good investment for small businesses that need to print labels frequently.
