I like how easy it is use! You can create rules that set up automatic pay periods or deductions depending upon when you have entered them in as due dates of various types (days/weeks).
It's also very user friendly - not something clunky at first glance but simple enough once used regularly by anyone familiar wih Excel formulas etc.-it just works well so there isn't much dislike about this system-its great if one has an accountant who knows what they are doing because sometimes things need tweaking here &there which takes some knowledge. There doesn’t seem to be any issues right now other than maybe being able to send notifications via SMS rather then email would help more people keep track better? We've been using this since we started business almost 2 years ago & haven‘ t had too many problems yet.
