The best thing about InSALA COACHING was that it has all what you need in one place, from scheduling through reporting so there were no additional costs for our team or clients! It also helped us maintain consistency across multiple locations as we could see at-a glance who had coached which client since day 1 (versus having an Excel spreadsheet with this info).
I would like more options when creating reports - e.g., ability add/delete fields instead just being able edit them after creation; create new report types rather than editing existing ones only available via customization process vs adding custom code ourselves. We used its' customer support service frequently during implementation because they are always quick & knowledgeable if assistance needed immediately upon inquiry versus waiting days till next scheduled call by their technical advisor. Benefits included increased accountability + compliance documentation between coachingservices provider / vendor.
