For the first time with this bike carrier - load your bikes and hit the road. While we were driving on the freeway, a car pulled up on us and said one of our bikes had fallen off the bed. WHICH TYPE?! We pull over to find that the straps that were claimed to be "safer, stronger and fatigue tested" have snapped completely and our new bike is gone. Thank goodness there were no accidents and no one was hurt! This is SO dangerous! I emailed the company and told them I would like a full refund for the rack, my new bike and all the accessories we put on the bike. I'm still waiting for an answer from them. I will contact Revain to tell them to remove this seller. The next time this happens, another innocent driver could be unlucky. A bike that hops down the freeway should never be due to an extremely faulty product. If you buy this you are putting everyone else on the road at risk and risk losing your bike(s). Stay away from this bike rack!
