I worked with them from 2015 to 2017 as their lead account executive for my region, but they were also working remotely at that time so it was easy work across different offices in both US & Canada (where we are located).
They had some really good ideas about how to build our brand online which helped us get more exposure quickly than if we'd just been relying solely off of SEO alone! This is not much - mostly because everything went smoothly during those years when i did have contact w/them personally or through email communication between remote teams. We didn't hit any bumps along this process though; all communications seemed clear cut enough without having too many issues come up where there needed resolution by someone who can take action / make decisions faster versus waiting until you reach out again after weeks pass etc..
