I have a SmartThings hub. These repeaters thought they were connected to the hub, but the SmartThings hub never found the device. I've tried removing them from the network and reading them multiple times. Never got them to work. Contacted Aeotec support. They were able to reproduce the issue in their lab, but also couldn't connect them to the SmartThings hub. Seems to be firmware issues with these devices. The Aeotec firmware does not wait for a confirmation from the Z-Wave hub. It blindly thinks it's paired with a hub when it's not. I gave them back to Revine.
