Review on Nonstick Carbon Steel Loaf Pan by Delos Montano

Just the right size.

I make a variety of baked goods for gifts and snacks. These pans are the perfect size for that - not too big and not too small. All the breads I've baked so far have turned out great. Just a suggestion, if you're cooking in a dark pan, cook at a slightly lower temperature (10-15 degrees) or less time.
