Regular Strap - Briefcases

I received this strap in place of the strap on my CC/EDC bag which had no lining. The hooks on this strap are made of thick wire and bent steel flat springs painted black with sharp edges. I wouldn't use it for anything, I'd be afraid of scratching or snagging, so the strap is useless to me. not a complete loss.
