I think this is a hurricane power supply and would be awesome for that depending on how long the batteries last. I'll probably use it mostly for radio after the storm, but I remember during Hurricane Irma it was important to still see the weather radar on TV after the power outage. All functions work, the picture on the TV is clear (not HD as expected). Great little machine! The main reason I posted this review is because I saw someone point out that the battery option didn't work. You must first unplug the power cord.
