The customer service was amazing! They helped me with my questions every step along way - from choosing to do this as our first e-commerce project through implementation, training, post launch support & marketing materials that were customized specifically towards us (we are a small startup).
I wish we had more access into what they could have done better in their initial setup but it's hard when you're not part of those teams at time like now. We've been able solve almost all issues related to setting up AMS/Channel Management within 10 days after onboarding them.
