I ordered this item on Sunday afternoon. He arrived on Monday. I have already gone through the process of removing the tailgate trim panels to get the original unit which failed. Once the trim pieces were removed, it was easy to remove the broken piece and replace with a new one - less than 10 minutes. The block perfectly matched the one it replaced. The installation was obvious and direct. It has been working flawlessly for over 60 days. Very important!
