Perfect educational gift for your kids

We purchased the Genius kit after hearing about it for a long time in children's school and from our friends who have this product. Having played with the product with my daughter, I highly recommend it and think it's worth every penny at $99.99. While there are many educational games on the market that allow children to learn and practice the basics of math; I think this one is unique because it never glues them to the screen. For the child, it is like playing a board game with chips or drawing with a pen and struggling to complete tasks dictated by the screen. It's so cool! Out of all the games, I liked the number game the best. I can't think of a better way to teach kids about addition and subtraction and how to do it mentally. The Osmo team figured out how to connect children by adding to "connecting" and subtracting from "dividing". It is exactly what it is and because the idea is addressed at such a basic level, the concepts are easy for children to grasp. I strongly recommend that all parents play these games with their children and carefully let them know that what they are doing in the number game is nothing more than the "boring" addition and subtraction that they learn in their school. I have seen this really motivate my daughter who has now started using the idea of mental arithmetic while still in school and is doing the same. In my opinion, this is the best way to get incredible value from this product. You only have to do it a few times, your kid will take it from there. Likewise, wordplay seemed like a good way to improve my spelling and vocabulary. Osmo has many more libraries on the My Osmo portal. Be sure to log in to registration and download these libraries.
