Slightly loose on dry pavement
I have this locker on the front and back of my 2000 TJ. In 2H mode on dry roads, the Locker causes slight understeer from reticle steering inputs, then suddenly responds with a large steering angle when the Locker releases the outside wheel. It's an odd but manageable effect. At 4 o'clock on dry pavement, the front fender liner creates many surprises in the steering, but usually 4 hours on the pavement does not work, so this is the driver's choice. On the track, the lockers work perfectly and I love them.
