You get what you pay for!
I put it on the steering wheel of a Kabota tractor. It needed the long screws provided, but the screws are stripped making it unusable. I had to abandon the rubber insert and modify the bottom clamp to match. The original short screws are finally working. If I had known it was made in China I would not have bought it. while it works fine.
