I bought four racks for a 1999 GTP Grand Prix in great condition. The rear left strut came in and it was the right strut but with the wrong spring on. There were too many coils on the wrong spring (the picture and the other picture show the correct strut spring). I contacted Revain and told them I had the wrong spring on the right shock absorber. They did the right thing and got me a brand new rack assembly overnight. I was given 30 days to return another rack. Although sent the next day. I'm pretty sure it was just a mistake assembling the rack. Anyone could do the same. I forgive I think. But as for the four frames on my car. The car sits about an inch and a half higher than before according to the instructions that came with the uprights. It is said that it takes some time to break the posts before the height is normal. I understand. I've been driving the car for a long time. But overall these racks feel amazing to ride. Will order shelves here again.
