It is great for tracking expenses in detail with multiple sub-account options as well as being able manage payroll/payroll deductions which can be helpful when trying to set up payments or track employee time off work using paid dates only (not vacation). I dislike how this product has not been updated since 2013 so some features such as reporting are outdated for our needs now. Also does nothing to help you prepare invoices properly if they don't have all of their info ready ahead of time. We needed something to create an easy way for employees to submit expense reimbursements online easily. This solved that problem by creating custom fields we've never seen before allowing us customize what each field contains including descriptions etc., Easy to use interface for both users new as well experienced with accounting.The ability to have multiple tabs allows us to easily see different aspects of our finances in one place at once. The lack of an add-on service is disappointing, however the subscription still seems affordable enough. We are solving our internal finance problems by using this software. It has helped us create budgets effectively which was something we were unable to do beforehand.
