Recently bought and happy. I've found that I have to insert and remove the microSD card with my fingernail (not my finger) for the card to lock or unlock, but otherwise no problem. I have a new laptop with USB-C ports and this reader made it easy for me to switch from my USB-A device to my laptop, just plug and view. Other features that I liked convinced me to try it: metal body, connector covers, microSD and SD card slot, carrying strap. I bought 2 readers at this price to be able to replace pictures from the DVR with a microSD card if needed.
