After purchasing and using this cable for several months I decided to replace the speakers. After I unscrewed the banana plug to release the terminal, the wire fell right out of the plug. I've compared the wire and connector and seen no sign of welding, soldering or even crimping to secure the wire in place. The rest of the forks seem fine, but that's a big mistake. After contacting Revain customer service I was unable to get a replacement or refund as the 30 day period had expired. When purchasing these cables, the first step is to open each connector and ensure the cable is properly connected to the connector before plugging them into your system. All in all, these cables sound great, but it's a shame that Revain, the 'customer-centric' company, didn't get it right.
