Item came quickly and I enjoyed using it. The tire came with a photo and written instructions on how to optimize the fit. I have had plantar fasciitis with daily pain for over a year. I was given an injection which relieved the pain but was advised to use a night splint to prevent recurrence. For some, this tire may be suitable. But the very narrow width of the tire itself makes it an unsuitable solution for me. If the blue foam front was semi-rigid this would be a better product. But this piece is mostly fabric, with only a narrow (1 inch?) aluminum rail. I'm making some adjustments and will try again tonight. I may have to return it to purchase a more expensive item with the features I need. So far I haven't been able to bend my ankle to 90 degrees. I found the tire was spinning and I couldn't keep the hard part in place.
