*This is my first waxing so remember* The item arrived in two days, nicely packaged and you could tell it was well cared for. You can tell a lot of gratitude and thought went into the packaging of this hair removal kit! So far I've only tried waxing my chin and upper lip, I've used yellowish balls and heated them on medium heat. The beads melted about 5 minutes before the consistency of honey. It was hot to apply but nothing I couldn't handle. (Remember to blow on skin before applying). The wax cooled in less than a minute. I had to re-wax my chin three times before I could remove "most" of the hair. I would suggest applying the wax in small areas which gives the best result in terms of hair removal. I will be regrowing my body hair to try other areas and will update my review! Well, while I don't have any other product to compare to, this wax kit works great for me!
