The heating pad and wax balls are very easy to use and give great results! I definitely recommend using a special wax for specific areas as it really shows off on the pockets. Can't say it's painless, but hair pulling is to be expected. The charge drops within a few seconds after removing the wax strip. I have sensitive skin and had no red spots or blemishes from waxing. If you have sensitive skin and easily get razor burn or ingrown hairs, this alternative is worth it!
