Based on my experience, this kitchen gadget has revolutionized my food prep routine. The stainless STEEL blades make quick work of stripping herbs, kale, and other leafy greens .It's super easy to use and clean, and has saved me so much time in the kitchen. The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to strip larger, tougher stems, but overall a great addition to any chef's arsenal..
