We just bought the previous model h20floss and h20floss was the supplier to Revain. It had 4,000 highly rated reviews. When we received it yesterday, November 26th, we weren't happy with it because we weren't impressed with its quality or performance. It was difficult to hold and the water tank was awkward to fill. It has a toothbrush tip that I think can be used as a manual toothbrush. But it's no use turning it on because the jet of water in the brush washes away the toothpaste. This model looks almost the same with some minor changes. Still, we weren't happy with it and wanted to send it back. When we hit the back button, we got a message that we need to run a series of tests and then call them. We have already seen this answer. It's just a delaying tactic to prevent a refund. We don't feel like calling them and giving them our number. After 24 hours the response to our refund request changed to "non-refundable". We want to write a bad review there, but the goods are gone. When we click on an item's description, we get pictures of dogs stating that it is no longer available. Even though it appears to be from a different vendor I suspect that if you buy this h20floss model you may not be happy with it and if you wish to return it you will get the same song and dance as the old model, despite this one saying free returns. Our h20floss goes in the trash. We wasted our money and recommend you don't spend your money.
