Review on Cat Mate Locking Flap White by Wendy Kennedy

We have two Bengal cats (neutered) who are off leash and both are traveling with us in our van. Their names are Tiger and Panther and they are mates in the womb and we got them when they were the size of a dropper. Our trailer is small and too full for both of us PLUS these two terrorists so I need this little popper door. I built a cage similar to a rabbit cage, about 6 feet by 2 inches by 2 inches. I made a hole that is directly across from the cat door and put the cat box in the cage. I put a door in the coupe's outer door so they could get into the van. I also installed a door on the outside of the cage so I can clean the litter box. Ideal. They have learned to open it with their nose and have no problem with it. I have problems with bars. One for the entrance and one for the exit. They are too complex for an elderly person to work without a small screwdriver to press while opening or nailing the latches. And if a grain of sand or two gets caught in the bars. Well, they're even more of a pain. This is my only complaint. We love the door and recommend it to others. Just grab a small screwdriver and keep it handy. (And don't teach your cats how to use a screwdriver. Especially if they're terrorists.)
