Doesn't fit my original mug
Base doesn't fit my original mug. I have a 2006 model so I know it's original. The seller was great and sent a replacement free of charge. The second didn't work either. Knowing parts were coming from China, I realized I was taking a risk. Both were faulty but the seller is great at customer service and offered me a full refund without having to return either base. This is a waste for me, but more importantly for the seller. My guess is that since half the people who write reviews don't have the same problem, maybe the seller should keep selling bases even if half of them are faulty. Maybe take a chance and see if it goes with your mug. 3-star rating: 1 star for the product, 5 stars for the seller's customer service.
