I see a lot of one star reviews. So much so that I decided to apply this product very carefully before covering the entire floor with it. First, I should note that I received ONE bottle, not six. This may have been a listing error by Revain. I will contact you about this. The next is very important. Many refer to this product as FLOOR WAX. THIS IS NOT A FLOOR WAX. This is a floor cleaner. These are very different things. I believe that most problems stem from this misunderstanding. Many people report that they have a glossy finish after application, but then leave streaks and/or stains when people walk on them. I believe this is because it is used as a wax and not a cleaning agent. Remember, when you clean something, don't leave a lot of cleaner on the surface. If you do this, the soap or detergent left behind will become very thick and prone to rubbing and streaking. They leave soap on your floors. Not wax. Some reviewers reported that the product looked shiny and beautiful when applied. I used this product in a hard to reach spot, laid it down and cleaned it so when I finished cleaning it was DRY. He collected drips and other dirt stains on the floor and cleaned them properly. I didn't get a SHINE finish because I don't have a gloss finish on my hardwoods - it's more of a satin or matte finish. After cleaning and drying the surface, I didn't have a ton of soap or residue left on the surface for stains, streaks, or other surface damage. So far she looks clean and beautiful. I'll report back later if I see any marks, scuffs or streaks. HERE IS THE OUTPUT. This is NOT FLOOR WAX. This is a FLOOR CLEANER. You should not apply a thick layer and let it air dry as this will leave a thick residue that will scratch, streak and streak. Lay it down and go over it until it dries, trying not to leave a thick layer. Try to wash it and clean the floor as residue-free as possible and you will be very satisfied with this product as a CLEANER. If you want to wax your floor and make it shine, you need to find a FLOOR WAX. This is a FLOOR CLEANER. I hope it helps.
