The lock works very well, beeps when trying to break into the cabinet with an unauthorized device and opens immediately when using an authorized device. Installation is pretty easy once you have the instructions. The installation was a bit strange at first, but I figured it out pretty quickly. So I installed 1 key card and the device in my closet in less than 30 minutes. There is a downfall, if you lose your key you will be locked out forever and therefore have no way of logging in. I advise you to program the spare part and ship it to a safe place. (You should recommend it) *All together I give a good 4 stars - great product, great value, works great and easy to install.
