It's plastic and doesn't cost anything. It was marketed as a dermaplaning tool that also does eyebrows. I've never written bad reviews, especially when it's under $13. However, the plastic lid and dull blade were so bad that I felt it necessary to warn against a product that takes advantage of a consumer purchase. It's not worth my time to return this, but it's in the trash. I am ashamed that I bought this.
