Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.
It is easy to assemble and fasten - dowels, self-tapping screws and bolts - everything is included (although self-tapping screws are under the "-" and not a cross) I would not use 40-43 "for a TV, because very thin and soft metal, bends even with your fingers. For me, 32" is normal.
