I have found this product to work very well on pet urine and fecal stains when applied over a reasonable period of time. I have had no problems with the product removing paint from carpets and the product does a good job of removing odors too. I like the 32 ounce bottles as they are easy to use for spot cleaning. I apply straight from the bottle to a fresh stain, then blot with a towel to absorb into the stain. Do not rub the stain as you may further rub it into the fibers of the rug, but it is best to blot gently to remove any moisture or odors from the surface of the rug or other material. Feces should be removed if possible and the area can then be treated with CloroxPro Urine Remover which will reabsorb the stain and odor. This product works fast and does a good job when used correctly. I have recommended it and will definitely order again. Delivery was on time and the bottles were undamaged upon arrival. This product is odorless as it removes odors instead of just covering them up.
