This is the third Water Pic portable floss I've reviewed for Vine (three more to come!) and it's the best of the first three so far. was fully charged and the wonder of wonders actually had an instruction manual that gave me (almost) all the information I needed. The only thing missing from the instructions is a description of what each of the 6 detachable tips is ideal for. Charged via USB. Has 3 power modes + on/off switch. Usage is easy. It's actually almost too easy as it turns on with a very light press. I haven't encountered any leakage problems. The cover over the charger is (barely) attached. A very similar device from the same manufacturer, which I will review next, has a lid that is not firmly attached. Usage: 1. Charge up to 4 hours. This should be enough for one week (whether this is one week with constant use or just one week with infrequent use is not known)2. Insert the tip of your choice.3. Remove the bottom (very lightly and fill it with water and some hydrogen peroxide if you like). I recommend using warm water.4. Put it in your mouth, switch it on and go! 5. When the water runs out, some water will be left at the bottom. It is best to remove the bottom and let the small amount of residual water drain off. Recommended.
