I've been looking for a new running headband since I needed to upgrade my phone and realized Apple doesn't make smaller phones anymore (which is funny, but unrelated to this review). . I've tried the case (the idea is that you put your phone in a pocket on the soft fabric case and wear the case) and I've tried just putting it in my pocket, but none of the solutions worked for me. I purchased this headband with a size 3 option (to allow me to wear my phone on my wrist and also around my biceps if needed) and I am very happy with how well it holds and snaps onto my phone. my hand. My phone is secure - no issues with it falling out and no issues with looking at my face or using the screen while running to change a song or workout. The wraps are comfortable and fit snugly around my arm without feeling too tight or cutting off circulation. It's still a bit chilly here in the North West so I wear a bandage around a long sleeve top and it stays in place and doesn't chafe. I have yet to try it on bare skin, but the softness of the strap and its low profile tell me it will be fine.
