Have been using this dye for a few years now. Over the years I have used many brands of boxed home dyes and this is by far my favorite. The best part is how healthy it leaves my hair. Being a regular user, I carefully follow the directions of applying to the roots first and then to the rest only for the last five minutes. My hair falls just below my shoulders and I like to make sure the length doesn't get too dark from frequent coloring. I use it about every 8-12 weeks and in between Nice and Easy Root Touch Up. I get a lot of compliments on my hair. The color is beautiful, rich brown. It's not ashy or red, it's just a nice rich brown color. It became impossible to find it in every store.
