As a consumer of Eylar's products and services, I was exceedingly dissatisfied with the quality of customer support I received. In spite of the fact that they claim to have staff members who are knowledgeable, I found that they were ineffective and indifferent to my requirements. As a professional photographer, I was expecting to receive some direction regarding the kinds of products that would be most appropriate for the particular needs that I have. On the other hand, I was greeted with indifference and a lack of interest in providing assistance to me. It is abundantly clear that the claim made by Eylar that they will assist both industry professionals and amateurs in their endeavors is nothing more than a meaningless marketing catchphrase. I found the employees to be unprofessional and poorly trained, and they were of very little assistance in guiding me to the product that was most suitable to meet my requirements. In addition, the dearth of attention and care that I received from the employees made me feel as though my business was not valued. As a direct consequence of this, I have decided to look elsewhere in the future to conduct business. In general, I am unable to recommend Eylar to anyone searching for a company that provides quality products and excellent support to customers.
