The platform was easy to set up. It also has some of the most customizable tools I've seen for marketing automation. There are tons of integrations with other platforms. We were able to customize our dashboards to meet our needs quickly without having to hire an expert. The setup process could be more user friendly. Also, there isn't as much room to navigate within each module. If you need a robust tool for your marketing efforts, then this is it.
