This monitor is basically your disembodied laptop monitor. It accepts two USB-C inputs, one of which can be used for additional power, and HDMI. You can switch between the inputs. I got this for my Linux laptop because I don't have my own desk or much space - I use a cramped and cluttered kitchen table in an RV. I just plugged in USB-C and bam, second monitor. I also have intentions of maybe mounting it to a wall with an Orange Pi and using it for a smart home display. Hmmm. + Slim and light - no problem putting it in a laptop bag + Multiple input options for common needs + Can be powered separately from the included USB power bank - not tested + Slightly lower resolution than my HiDPI laptop display, what for me is fine ! + Works with Linux!+ Carrying case included is better than I expected+ Awesome unboxing experience+ Kickstaaaand! not much cheaper than some portable monitors, probably more well known brands - some with touchscreens - takes a lot of power - probably won't work with OPi unless you use a powered hub or USB powered - Not as bright as I would like in some work scenarios, but perfectly fine indoors - The stand makes me think it will probably fail eventually - Not sure , what stops him from staying. Square, but it feels like rubber. and tires wear out.
