Absolutely impossible to write the key/code for the keys. The code does not match the model in the registration form. I tried all requests for kryptonite, only got ticket no but no reply, 20 days, one hour wasted; I would not have bought the product if I knew Kryptonite uses Zendesk for customer service, they are the worst! Others complained that it was impossible to get kryptonite over the phone. If you don't register, bad deal. The lock looks good but absolutely disgusted when they offer 3 spare keys when needed which is wrong as it is not possible to check in with customer service and compete against each other which guarantees the customer gives up!
