When I saw the plastic cage shell I was a bit disappointed as I thought it would be big enough for my two girls but after assembling the wire part and playground with stairs , I found that my first impression was completely wrong. Seen vertically, so much space. Add a hammock and a side wheel and it looks really roomy. Stable when assembled and quite difficult to clean. However, there are two caveats. The device I bought was missing a few plastic parts. Nothing fancy, just a piece of plastic. Now I hardly remember, but the side door of the cage was just impossible to open. I ended up cutting off two metal clips that closed it and filed the connectors. I now use one of those water bottle springs in one of the corners so it stays closed but still opens easily. Oh! Missing parts update: A very helpful representative from Hagen (who owns Living World) called me back and they will ship me the missing parts free of charge. Excellent customer service!
