Cheap and does not match the pictures

Received my magnetic doorstop today. Not very happy and I believe the installation will be problematic. First of all, it does not match the pictures on the network, there are no instructions for the device. It looks like you have to twist three screws together to make the shaft that holds everything together. The main body is just a thin tubular piece, I thought it would be more durable with threaded ends for fasteners. It comes with an anchor that usually goes into the concrete and my installation is drywall as shown in the pictures online.
